My experience with Marini has been exceptionally good. At first, I was impressed by the photos on the website and on social media, and I was keen to make a purchase. The only things that put me off were the terrible reviews on this platform and the unusual sizing, but I’m really glad I put my trust in the brand and placed an order. The Italian clothing sizes turned out to be a bit unusual, even though I’ve been shopping in European shops all my life. It took me a while to work out which size would suit me. I ordered two pairs of trousers, a shirt and a blazer, and they all look and fit perfectly. My order took a week and a half to arrive. Everything arrived in perfect condition, carefully packaged. The fabric matches what’s described on the website; all the materials feel very pleasant to the touch, even those containing synthetic fibres. The seams, cut and trimmings are truly premium quality; all the garments are very well made and, most importantly, fit perfectly according to the stated measurements. Only the shirt pulls slightly where my muscles bulge, but this actually adds a touch of style. Shame on everyone who’s been clucking away in the comments here, unable to measure their own waist circumference and unable to tell the difference between high-quality tailoring and mediocre work. What surprises me most are the complaints about the labels from China, even though the brand officially states that their garments are made in China; only a narrow-minded person would complain about this – someone who cannot distinguish the quality of tailoring for themselves and judges it by the country on the label, and who is apparently unaware of the cost of labour for Italian craftsmen, whilst expecting a very affordable labour rate from a dozen Italian tailors. A big thank you to the brand for its affordable and very stylish clothes! I’m sure I’ll be ordering more

C’est une grosse arnaque
C’est une grosse arnaque. Si le pantalon que vous achetez chez eux ne vous convient pas, vous devez payer les frais de retour + ils enlèvent du remboursement les frais d’envois du pantalon, la TVA et d’autres trucs correspondant à 17€ alors que j’ai déjà payé les frais de livraison à l’envoie de 8,90€. L’autre solution est qu’ils vous renvoient une autre taille et dans ce cas là vous payez toujours les frais de retour et 15€ pour qu’ils renvoient le nouveau pantalon. Dans tous les cas vous vous retrouvez piégé. N’achetez rien chez eux, c’est du chinois en plus alors autant aller sur Temu c’est pareil.

False advertising and terrible service
False advertising and terrible customer service. I bought from Marini Clothing Line because they claimed to have sizes for tall men, but the clothes didn't fit as advertised. When I contacted them, I was told I couldn't return the items. Their no-return policy is buried and not clearly disclosed before you buy. To make matters worse, my order arrived five days late, and customer service was completely unhelpful. I would not recommend this company. Shop elsewhere.

A kind of failure
Ordered a pants and online it looked really nice. A beige kinda gurkha pants in a size 40, which should be fitting me. After a few weeks I received the package and quality wise it wasn't bad. There was just a bit of a critical problem. It didn't fit whatsoever. After measuring the pants it turned out to be way off from a size 40, but instead it was 34-ish with a difference between the size of both legs. So trying to contact customer service or better not being able to get in touch with these guys. Sizes seem to be a bit of a problem and customer service is non existent. Be warned, I was able to give it to someone who actually fitted the pants, but you might be less lucky. Avoid ordering clothes here.
