Don’t join the capital expenditure program
If you want to make money i advise you only to follow his signals if you are on a fair level of trading. Don’t join the Capital investment program they will only rip you off money first tax then account activation fee and you will not join any premium group. Marco told me all i had to was to invest 1k. I asked him after seeing bad reviews if i will not have to pay anything more and he gave me his word that i will withdraw after 72h. After 72h yes some money built up but to withdraw it i got an email that i have to pay 15% tax and thats the only thing for 6 months. I paid 1860$ shortly after that i got another email that i still could not withdraw my funds because the noticed some suspicious activity and i have to pay another2k+ to activate my account but i did not proceed and i told Marco clearly i will point this out on trust Pilot and other sites. I basically lost 3k and i could have just listened to the bad reviews but my situation in life made me so desperate and Even i told Marco that i have 2 kids with a lot of debt and i had to ask my friend to give me money assuring him that he will get his money back the next day because Marco gave me his word. I had to suffer for several days with no food feeding my children just with dry bread and rice all because of Marco promise. And still after telling him my situation he still had the guts to write and ask me again to pay the activation fee even when i told him i had to sell my washing machine and dryer and a gold jewelry of my younger daughter to refund the money to the friend that gave my just to be honest. Marco has no heart and he lies to people so that they jut keep on paying. I never got a payout neither have i been added to any vip group after wasting 3k and still asked tonpay another 2k+ when all was to invest only 1k and becone 12k profitable in 72 hours. Don’t fall for this scam like i did cause i am still in debt with 2 little kids!!!

If you wanted to join the capital expenditure program, don’t do this because they will keep asking for more money first I deposit my money after that they ask for taxation fee which is $730. I paid once but they said that it won’t go through so again I paid more $730 after that they said that because I did the withdrawal before the taxation my account gonna be deactivated so I need to pay 1800 more to activated it. I paid all of the amount when it comes to the withdrawal part, they said that I need to pay 2600 more because my country signals are make trouble on withdrawal . It’s my first time seeing signal issues in the payment so if you don’t want to lose money, don’t join this program and I have all screenshots of the chats

SCAMMER DO NOT DO THE CAPITAL EXPENDITURE PROGRAM Those who don’t know it’s an investment where you can invest a minimum of $500 and a return profit of $9000 There’s a lot of traders that scam doing these things then say you need to pay extra money for your withdrawal to get accepted then they’ll keep asking more and more and you’ll never get your money back but I’ve been following Marco trading signals for 1 year thinking I could trust him But noooo I sent him $500 and then he said I need to pay a deposit of $1333 for my withdrawal to come through HE LIED TO ME I clearly asked him before will anything like that happen he said “I can assure you nothing like that will happen” and here we are…

Marco asked me to deposit £1,000 into a Startrader account in order to access his VIP trading group. That £1,000 was then lost by following Marco's trades in his free group - due to recklessly high stop losses. Marco then refused to allow me access to his VIP group as I shouldn't have told to use Startrader - blamed the mistake on someone else. £1,000 lost and no VIP access. Very low integrity to operate this way.
