Get shredded in the most efficient and easiest way
I worked with Marcel over 4 Months and went from 17% BF to an easy 11% and did a complete transformation already within the first 3 months just by stupidly following everything he advises on and just doing that. Nothing less, Nothing More. His Training and Food Guide is super simple and so easy to implement in real life. He really wants you to adopt a holistic way in implementing training and nutrition in your daily life which makes it easy for you too keep your routine and the dream phyisque you may always wanted. Asides from the coaching, Marcel really lives this shit and always has his money where is mouth is everything he can give you as a tool, he uses for himself, which makes up his insane Physique. 10/10 would recommend anyone who really wants to make a change lasting this time. Definitely worth the money and the time invest.

Marcel not only delivers but transcends his ask with the transformation of the body, mind and soul. He has been tremendous help to me and helped to create a legacy of prioritising health and wellbeing. Body- delivers bespoke training programs, wealth of knowledge and expertises and has great range (accommodating running) Mind- has a great selection of material to read, tips on diet and recipes, speak about recovery and science to optimise your wellbeing. Soul- Functionality of having on demand contact with, motivational and transformational advice, great recommendations. I highly recommend Marcel regardless of your situation. Fours month it took me to get that change I have been dreaming off for the last few years. I weighed around 93kg in December and by April I was 82kg, the strongest I have ever been as well as fittest. I am now competing in ultra marathons.

Very smart coach
Due to my time-consuming job and my inner reluctance, I had physically developed in a way that I wasn't happy with. So I primarily hired Marcel to improve my nutrition and training. After an initial interview, he created a nutrition and training plan tailored to my daily routine and needs, allowing me to implement it easily. Marcel consistently accompanied and adjusted my training. He answered questions (e.g., about exercise execution or food) thoroughly on the same day and monitored the entire process. In the end, I achieved my primary goal: I have regained a healthy lifestyle that I can integrate into my daily life. My secondary goals were also met. I lost nearly 10kg of fat while simultaneously improving my strength. Additionally, my sleep quality has improved, and my overall well being has increased.
