DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. I had an absolutely terrible experience with Makeupstore.co.il and I seriously regret ordering from them. I placed an order, waited MORE THAN A MONTH for it to arrive, and when it finally did, one of the items was damaged and completely unusable. I contacted customer service immediately and explained the situation. I followed the instructions they gave me and tried multiple times to fix the issue, but nothing worked. I then sent them PHOTOS AND A VIDEO clearly proving that the item was defective. I also provided all the necessary order and delivery information they requested. And after all of that? THEY NEVER GOT BACK TO ME. No proper response. No solution. No replacement. No refund. NOTHING. I wasn't asking for special treatment or complaining because I changed my mind. THEY SENT ME A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT THAT I COULD NOT USE. Mistakes happen. Packages can get damaged. But the way a company handles a problem tells you everything you need to know about their customer service. PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE ORDERING FROM THIS WEBSITE. Based on my experience, if something goes wrong with your order, you may be left dealing with it completely on your own. I waited over a month, received a defective item, provided evidence, contacted them for help and was simply left without a solution. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM MAKEUPSTORE.CO.IL AGAIN, AND I CANNOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

Had a great experience with Makeupstore!
Placed 4 orders so far, each one arrived well packaged and at a very reasonable time. The product variety and quality on the site are wonderful, and so are the prices. Had a wonderful experience so far, highly recommended!

horrible horrible store never buy from…
horrible horrible store never buy from them, first of all the items were broken second of all they would not respond to us they said they would call us back to return and refund the items but never called back we had to call them like 5 times with no response, after 2 months of no response they didnt refund us they gave us a 70 shekel discount on our next order when the order was 300 shekel

Damaged product, poor service, slow delivery — not recommended
I have been ordering from this site for a while, but my overall experience has been consistently disappointing. Delivery: Shipping takes at least a month. The company cites the difficult political situation in Israel as the reason, yet other online retailers manage to deliver to Israel promptly without using this as an excuse. Customer service: When my last order arrived damaged — the shower gel had leaked inside the box — it took nearly 10 days of back-and-forth to get any response. The only compensation offered was a 10-shekel!!! discount on a future order, which wasn't even applied to my account until I followed up again. My complaint was then marked as "closed" without my consent. Stock availability: Popular products are frequently out of stock, making it difficult to rely on this site for regular purchases. All of this together has led me to look for an alternative. There are other online cosmetics stores that deliver faster, handle complaints properly, and actually keep their inventory stocked. I won't be returning.
