I believe creators deserve honesty
I believe creators deserve honesty, transparency, and respect. Unfortunately, my recent experience with this company has shown me none of these values. Despite repeated requests over an extended period, the company has refused to return my songs — my own creative work and intellectual property. Every attempt to resolve this privately has been met with silence. At this stage, the pattern is unmistakable: the company has chosen not to return my material and has offered no explanation for its continued withholding. This behaviour reflects a complete lack of integrity. No organisation that values creators would ignore them, dismiss them, or retain their work without consent. I have given this company every opportunity to act responsibly, and it has consistently failed to do so. For this reason, I am making the situation public. I will no longer waste time appealing to a company that has shown no intention of correcting its actions. I am documenting this matter for transparency and will consider any further steps necessary to protect my work and my rights as a creator.

No Reply...No Refund
When I found out that one 5 minute video would cost me $30.00, I asked for a refund the next day after I signed up and did not use any credits at all. They never replied. All the bad feedback shown here must be true. They are scammers.

Wenn man den Text eingefügt hat den Musikstiel und Titel bekommt man schnell zwei Warianten. Es ist einfach zu Handhaben. Habe wunderbare Songs bekommen. Leider ist nach 6 Songs Schluß. Dann soll man bezahlen. Ist auch OK doch man hat nur 2 Möglichkeiten. Man sollte es so machen daß man einen Jahresbetrag per Überweisung tätigen kann. Würde ich gerne tun aber nur per Überweisung.

Yep 100 % a scam, do not purchase, i paid for a video off a song to be made, cost £20, it was made in Russian, when you try and message on the what's app chat they just ignore you

Yes you do get some trial songs but not videos, this is how they get you. While the standard pricing page lists features like the "AI Music Video Generator" as included in all paid tiers, the specific credit consumption for this feature appears to be a separate, high-cost item not fully detailed in the public plan descriptions. So beware if you a video creator you only get 150 credits a month yet the videos are 900 credits to produce each music approx 5 minutes, yes you read that right, they wait till you sign up then you find out the hard way. Good for songs but avoid if your doing video work. In other words your forced to pay it for extra credits to finish your video or you have just wasted a month subscription cost.
