I bought the MAJORITY Quadriga Internet Radio with DAB+ & CD Player, 2.1 Stereo System The Maker Majority customer service is the best. I had an issue with my machine and reached out to Amazon and Majority. In fairness, I should have gone straight to Majority, but I thought I would have to wait a few days for a reply. Within one hour, I had a reply and a solution to my issue. Amazon are always ready to help, but Majority responds to emails mega fast. They respond straight away when you reply. That is Amazing! Very easy set-up. I wanted it for internet radio; more than anything. I also use the USB feature and Spotify

Recently purchased their Naga 60 soundbar
Recently purchased their soundbar - 2.1 Naga 60 - after my much loved Sony AV receiver - 7.2 channel 'bells and whistles' - developed a fault. I had to contend with TV speakers for a few nights. Those into home cinema will realize the devastation of such a change, and how quickly you must find a 'fill in' lest you fall into audio depression and withdrawal. In the meantime, and after reading reviews, I chanced a purchase of this brand through Argos. I am an audiophile, so have an acute ear. For the price I am impressed so far. Out of the box you even get an HDMI cable amongst several other items. Most top brands do not give much beyond a remote! Tiny amount of bass 'phut' from the unit at higher levels but it holds its own impressively. Dialogue sounds fresh. 3D mode is the 'surround mode'. Not bad at all! I could not believe the additional sound woofer port for external subwoofer - which I had already. This added port alone makes this a product that one should seriously consider amongst others that are at a higher price point. I will be recommending this brand. Nice job!

Majority DVD Player
Got the DVD player on Wednesday, emailed tech support as it was not working. Answered immediately and worked out it was a faulty HDMI cable. Got a new cable in the post on Saturday. Excellent service, even though this was the cheapest DVD player Argos sold.

Good clock radio with a weak aerial. Excellent customer care.
The customer service was excellent. Unfortunately I unpacked the product and attempted to screw in the aerial by hand as advised in the manual. The aerial is thin weak and it snapped off in my hand as I quite normally screwed it in. The clock radio was rendered useless. I contacted Majority support and requested a new aerial. They promptly replied that they were unable to to provide a replacement aerial and suggested using a different replacement aerial. I did not have one suitable aerial that fitted the device. I went back to Majority. They gave me a partial refund and didn’t ask me to return the product. Customer Service was excellent and exceptional. A pity the otherwise excellent clock radio had a weak and fragile aerial. I suggested Majority contact their manufacturer to supply their product with a stronger aerial. Overall. A good product marred by a weak aerial- an essential element.

Excellent produit
Excellent produit qui redonne vie à de nombreux vieux amplis. DAB+ et radios internet par liaison RCA ou optique à l'écoute vraiment exceptionnelle. Je le recommande à ceux qui hésiteraient encore.
