We have been Premium members for years & have been happy. However, the month or so, each of us has had issues loggin . The page is "unreponsive" or it says "out of memory". They first told me they were having issues on a wide basis. The 2nd time I called Customer Services (after approx., 30 min wait times), they said it was my computer. We went through all the preliminaries,i.e., cache clearing, trying several different browsers (we use Brave), verifying current browser versions, etc, etc....they asked me to send an email outlining all this, but i haven't heard back from them. Earlier in the year, we lost emails for about a month, because of issues with the "@usa.com" email addresses. Able to get email on phone though!

This has to be the worst email ever. It was so bad I upgraded to the paid version thinking that they would treat their paying customers better. Unfortunately not! I often cannot log in. I have to use another browser and clear cookies which deletes all my browsing data which is a pain if I wish to use that browser. I submitted multiple support tickets for my paid account and they just reply that the problem is at my end. I do not want to have to delete all my cookies and browsing data every day in order to use their **** email. I am moving to gmail.

I have been a mail.com customer since 1998, but it seems that the company wants me to stop using them. Those tests with items to move from one to another give new meaning to the word "insanity." Even my ex-wife isn't as insane as that excuse to drive customers away. I have email addresses in other companies, but I created my email address with mail.com using a code that would attract certain users. What exists now is truly insane.

I have had the same email account for over 20 years. Out of the blue I was no longer able to access the account, either via PC or my smart phone. Tried various ways to reset the password and I could tell that the phone number to be used to verify who I was, was no phone number I had ever had. After well over a week I finally got an automated email that said that they were dealing with unprecedented volumes and it would take 5 to 7 business days. Now, two weeks later still no response. I just want my info out of this account and delete the damn email account. Can you sense the frustration? It's been nearly a month!!!

Just like gmx.com, mail is part of them it seems and i can't access my accounts anymore. it actually started today, can't access my emails anymore, seems like both sites has shut down now or shutting down. Gmx and mail has been around forever, i guess nothing last forever.

Auch nicht für Geld. Unclaimed ist fair. Claimed gibt das Mikrofon — nicht den Radiergummi.
