As a handpan player and composer
As a handpan player and composer, finding an instrument that perfectly captures my musical vision is essential. My new MAG un B amara 17 handpan is a true masterpiece. The craftsmanship is impeccable, the tuning is incredibly precise, and the sustain creates a deeply immersive, cinematic atmosphere. It has already become the heart of my musical project, alongside their 21-note F#low Pygmy gem. My experience with MAG Instruments
From the very first contact, my experience with MAG Instruments was excellent. I ordered an F# Kurd Mutant 20 handpan, and throughout the entire process the MAG team was patient, kind, professional, and very helpful. They answered all my questions in detail, prepared the necessary customs documentation, sent me photos and a video of the exact instrument before shipping, and made the whole international purchase feel personal, transparent, and trustworthy. The instrument arrived safely and in excellent condition. The tuning is precise, the sound is rich and balanced, the flow is magical, and the craftsmanship is truly beautiful. This was a significant international purchase for me, and I am very happy that I chose MAG Instruments. I can sincerely recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional sound, outstanding craftsmanship, and a team that truly cares about both the instrument and the person receiving it.

Je conseil vraiment le fabricant Mag instrument. Je suis tomber par hasard sur ce fabricant en suivant mon idole Heidi Albert. J'ai acheter mon F Kurd 20. De très bon échange et conseil. L'équipe conseil vraiment en prenant le temp. Je les remercie d'ailleur pour leurs conseils, leurs temp qu'ils m'ont consacré, leurs proffessionnalisme et aussi leurs travail. Mon handpan et vraiment facsinent, du boulot de haute qualitée. J'en suis vraiment heureux. Je vous conseils vraiment de passez par eux. Guillaume dubarry.

F# Pygmy Mutant handpan
I bought an F# Pygmy Mutant handpan online from MAGInstruments. I’d been in contact with them several times via email beforehand, and all my questions were answered promptly and in detail. After placing the order, the handpan was delivered to me quickly and securely packaged. I only needed to be present to sign for it. The handpan is fantastic and meets all my expectations. In addition to the F# Pygmy, I also own a D-Kurd 10 and a Tonguedrum from MAGInstruments, and I am very happy with both of them.

Outstanding Customer Service and Exceptional Handpan Quality
Purchased items: - MAG handpan (D kurd 10) - handpan case: Evatek hardcase (black) During the ordering process, my contact with customer service (Anna Arató and Kolos Gunyhó) was always very friendly and courteous. I consistently received prompt and helpful responses to my inquiries. The entire email correspondence was warm and heartfelt, something I have previously experienced only once before with the customer service of another company (Feey AG Switzerland). I felt truly welcome, valued, and taken seriously as a customer. I came across MAG Instruments after my handpan teacher from Thun provided me with a list of recommended handpan makers. Among them, MAG Instruments impressed me the most with their wide selection and their professional, informative website. I have now been playing my handpan for a few weeks, and I can say that the craftsmanship is flawless and the sound purity fully convinces me. It is truly a joy to play this instrument. If I ever decide to purchase another handpan, I would definitely order from this company again. The quality of the hardcase is also very good.
