If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I wish I read the reviews. The website looks great, very professional and i thought British, I didnt realise it was a Chinese company I wouldnt have ordered if I knew. I spent £89.00 on two dresses, they looked amazing in the photos, I ordered and waited and waited ( i chased them via email week 2 as I was getting concerned and was assured they were on the way). At around week 3 they arrived When they arrived the parcel was tiny like I laughed and said to my husband no way are two dresses in here, opened the bag and low and behold yes two of the most cheap and thin dresses were in this miniscule bag, I pulled them out and one dress was as thin as a pair of tights, so badly made, and I just could not believe I paid £89 for this shiiiiit. The second dress a sequin number was just as poorly made the stitching was loose and looked like would fall apart just awful..i emailed fuming and the same as every one else got offered a 15% refund and after refusing to settle for that i accepted 30% as they made it IMPOSSIBLE for you to get a refund as youd need to ship to China at your cost and wait around 4 months, I also imagine they'd come up with an excuse not to refund you. How this company are allowed to operate is beyond me. Disgusting DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!

⭐ 1 star — Extremely disappointing from start to finish I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Maeve The Label. I ordered 3 dresses costing £124 in total. The website advertises that orders are “shipped next working day”, yet my order took almost 4 weeks to arrive. During this time I received no meaningful update and had to repeatedly chase them myself. When I eventually contacted them about my order, I was then told that one of the dresses was unavailable — something I only found out because I reached out to them first. When the dresses finally arrived, I was extremely disappointed with the quality. One of the dresses even arrived with a hole in it, and overall the dresses were nowhere near the quality I expected. I requested a return and full refund. Instead, I was initially offered a 15% refund to keep the dresses. When I declined, this was increased to 30%. When I explained that I wanted to return the dresses for a full refund, I was told that I would need to send them to a warehouse in China using tracked delivery. I was also told that returns can take up to 3 months to arrive and that I would be responsible for the return shipping costs and any taxes, which I was quoted at around £40. I have now accepted the 30% refund, meaning I have paid £124 for 3 dresses I am extremely unhappy with and am receiving just £37.20 back. Overall, this has been a shocking experience from start to finish — delayed order, no proactive communication, an unavailable item, extremely disappointing quality, a damaged dress and a very difficult returns process. I would not recommend ordering from Maeve The Label and I certainly will not be ordering from them again.

The quality is shockingly bad
The quality is shockingly bad. The dress “Eline” looks elegant, boned bodice & good quality in the photo provided. In reality it’s a £4 dress at best from Temu! It’s so thin it’s ridiculous, there’s no boning to it at all, it’s held by a thin piece of elastic at the chest. It’s a rectangle of material, no shape like the photo & some roughly cut ruffles at the bottom. It’s SOOOOO BAD that you’ve got to laugh! They have the nerve to charge £44 too!

DO NOT ORDER!! Terrible service. don’t rely on postage timelines, it’s just to get you to order. Customer service apologise but don’t give any updates. Still waiting over 4 weeks, when I purchase it indicated 14 days. Who knows what the product will be like if it ever appears
