TURN AWAY NOW!
TURN AWAY NOW! They charged me a day early and refused to refund, even though I contacted them immediately after the charge. Their customer service took 20 days and multiple emails to tell me that, per their terms of service, they were not going to refund me. HORRIBLE!

They're a scam company
They're a scam company. I signed up for the 'trial', didn't want to continue and there was no way to cancel. The plan was around $30 a month. I never logged in since, but I was charged $489 from them EVERY MONTH (until I noticed). Apparently what I pay them ( even though I didn't use their site AT ALL ) - depends on how much I spend on Meta.

I would strongly caution anyone considering Magicix
I would strongly caution anyone considering Magicix. We initially signed up for what was advertised as a free trial. We were uncomfortable providing a credit card, so we emailed the company first. They agreed to extend the trial to 14 days, but only if we added a credit card. From there, the experience went downhill. We attempted to schedule onboarding multiple times, but our meetings were cancelled twice. The only available replacement times were either in the middle of the night Pacific Time or around 7:00 a.m. Pacific. We booked those times anyway, only to have them cancelled as well. Despite several attempts to reach their team and get assistance, we were never able to complete onboarding or properly evaluate the platform. We also tried to cancel before being billed but were unable to do so. Without warning, our credit card was charged $849, despite the advertised base plan being $45/month. The company claimed they had sent us a billing reminder email before processing the charge, but we never received it. The only emails we consistently received were marketing emails. When we questioned this, they provided a mobile screenshot that they said was proof the email had been sent, but it did not resolve our concerns. After we disputed the charge and informed them we intended to report the matter to the FTC, they agreed to refund only half of the amount charged. We never actually used the platform because we were never successfully onboarded, so we cannot recommend the product based on our experience. What we can speak to is the customer service, billing practices, and onboarding process—all of which were extremely disappointing. If you're considering the free trial, read the billing terms very carefully, keep records of all communication, and monitor your credit card closely. Based on our experience, we would not use this service again and would not recommend it.

Tried cancelling
Tried cancelling, assume it was, then got 2 $300 charges as they billed per quarter. They told me to pound sand when I caught it and asked for a refund. And why did I cancel the day I trialed it? Because their software was terrible and made embarrassing quality images.
