BOKS car care scam artist Do not use…
BOKS car care scam artist Do not use this company . Order placed on the 30th of july oh and guess what it never turned up . Was told it would be resent and to no surprise that one hasn't turned up either. This company are just a scam company. Shame really as his air fresheners are the only good thing he does...... once a scam artist always a scam artist. Buyers beware. And when you do confront him on his facebook page you end up blocked..

Quick to take your money but items don't arrive Ordered on a sunday got royal mail tracking info on the Tuesday butt Royal mail claim item never arrived with them spoke withs boks via email who said they would send another package out but after that first email they then ignored every other email. Now claiming money back through my bank Avoid at all costs

Madcow Scammers are back!
Same conmen that ran MadCow Detailing and Boks London are back at it. Under the guise of Gloss Fuel. These are the single worst “company” I have ever had the punishment of dealing with. Anything I won on eBay, never arrived. And the shipping details they provide were fraudulent.

NEVER ORDER OFF THIS COMPANY
If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Order over 2 weeks ago and they never sent the items out. I’ve emailed and emailed and emailed til I’m blue in the face m. I did get a reply of someone called ANNNE wasn’t very helpful and only had the one reply. When I messaged the facebook page I got blacked on Boks. So I messaged detailers house and got blocked also. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER OFF THIS COMPANY. I’m now doing a charge back through my bank to get the money back. Customer service is non existent!

Scam company
1st order never turned up 2nd order only half of it turned up then after contacting them got no replies just ignored. No triggers with the sprays that did arrive .got detailer and interior detailer both actually smelt really good however the products im sure is scented water Never order again im £70 deep on 2 orders and had 2x 500ml bottles of water
