Saw McKinnon's ad on Facebook.normally a bit sceptical about FB ads.Hey ho, I'm a Paisley Buddie. So went for it. I am a small time watch collector. £4 figure to 10 bob Swatches. This watch (Maxwell tartan strap) is a beautiful watch. Great value. Beautiful packaging and excellent communications.I would recommend McKinnon to anybody. PS The Peacocks are a 'Sept' ( sub clan) of the Maxwells FYI..

Braw Caledonia!
I made a mistake when I ordered the wrong size but was absolutely no problem contacted MacKinnon Watches and they sorted it for me in jig time! The watch has arrived and to use the vernacular it's braw! Well made and the strap is amazing no one else will have a watch totally like this as the strap is personalised and the watch is engraved!

Excellent customer service, stunning watch, speedy delivery!
My father ordered me a Custom Tartan Watch from MacKinnon for my birthday, but mistakenly ordered the wrong one. He emailed them about it and received a prompt reply within 24hrs with a return label and credit for the cost of the originally ordered watch. He reordered the correct one with the credit given and received confirmation of the new order within an hour. The customer service was excellent, especially considering it was a purchaser's error! As far as the watch itself, it is absolutely beautiful. The strap is well-crafted with custom tartan on a quality leather strap, which itself was carefully imprinted in the inside with our family name. The watch's case is simple, yet elegant with the tasteful MacKinnon watch logo and a crisp hand movement. The custom engraving on the back of the case was the cherry on top, as my dad had it engraved with the message "From [my newborn son's name]". The delivery was much quicker than their website's given timeline (6 weeks) which was impressive since we're in the US. It took less than 2 weeks from order to delivery and tracking was provided every step of the way. Highly recommend MacKinnon Watches to anyone looking for a unique timepiece or a personalised gift for a love one with Scottish heritage (or even just an appreciation for the culture).
