Very Disappointing Experience
Very Disappointing Experience – Serious Financial Loss I am extremely disappointed with the way this company has handled our case. Due to their actions and lack of proper support, we have suffered a significant financial loss and are now facing additional financial liabilities and interest. Despite repeatedly explaining our situation and requesting a proper resolution, we have not received the level of support or accountability that we expected from a professional company. We have been following up continuously, but instead of resolving the matter, we are left bearing the financial burden. This has been a very stressful and frustrating experience. I strongly recommend that anyone dealing with this company should be very careful and clearly understand the terms and responsibilities before making any payment. Overall, a highly disappointing experience.

SCAMMERS
I have used several companies on India MART. The first interaction was passable. The last interaction was a company named Bal Pharma which appeared to check out. The company turned out to be a complete scam... they act very nice whilst trying to fleece you for money. Once payment made they totally block you and fail to respond. Surely India MART should monitor the businesses which use their platform. AVOID INDIMART AND BAL PHARMA

Order never received, goods seized, seller non-responsive
placed an order with Pure Trust Pharma Impex for 177 EUR (paid via Remitly to Mohit Dharmendra Kalyani). The parcel (tracking LP015115185IN) was seized in transit. The seller initially promised to reship the order, but has been completely non-responsive and offline since August 21st. No refund and no delivery. Avoid this seller. UNTRUSTED PLATFORM FOR GLOBAL BUSINESS. Ps: INDIAMART customer care will IGNORE your emails raising concerns (Id:10659627) and they will never reply to your concerns. They will reply to this review within hours but. I initially enquired about a product from BK Brand, Surat (TRUST SHIELD) verified seller. After few days, BK Brand messaged on WhatsApp and after very brief enquiry, I decided to not pursue further. WHAT FOLLOWED IS NOT ACCEPTABLE @Indiamart. BK brand then started being abusive, harrasing and threating. (Screenshots available as proof). When I asked why such behaviour, they continued to be abusive so I blocked that contact. THEY CONTINUED messaging me on WhatsApp with different +91 mobile numbers. Total of 7 incident from multiple numbers kept adding me and harrasing me with abusive language (proof available). I reached out to IndiaMart to highlight the issue and yet to hear back from them to discuss this report (no accountability or urgency) displayed for the seriousness of NRI individual being harassed in IndiaMart platform. No security towards users WhatsApp being distributed to further abuse, spam and threaten. I requested IndiaMart to delete all my data from their portal (awaiting response) so my details don't get further distributed. Upon checking the numbers that were harrasing me, it showed, they were linked to multiple businesses owned by same individual/company on various categories on IndiaMart. I DEMAND SOME RESPONSIBILITY FROM INDIAMART ON what precautions they are taking to safeguard foreign buyers who are actively looking to source and support India's export market if this is the kind of harrrasment is being received in return? I feel this is a serious matter that escalated for only enquiring about BK Brands product offerings that was listed in IndiaMart. @IndiaMart still waiting for your response before I take this matter via official UK/India channels.
