Sono molto delusa. Ho comprato un costume Luli Fama da un rivenditore qui in Italia, e fino a qui tutto ok perché il venditore é stato serio e professionale, e il costume é bellissimo. Peccato però che poco fa ho trovato online un costume con la medesima fantasia di quello acquistato da me (non peró di Luli fama) .. alla metà del prezzo! Onestamente non credo che acquisterò più un costume di questo brand perché non lo trovo serio.

Ho acquistato diversi costumi di questo brand. Il sito presenta una vastissima scelta di prodotti, qualsiasi stile, qualsiasi colore è presente.. direi l'imbarazzo della scelta! Alta qualità dei tessuti e linee originali. Aggiungo anche un cortese e sempre disponibile servizio clienti. Purtroppo si affidano a ups come corriere ma dovendo recensire Luli Fama do anche più di 5 stelle!

Terrible. Buyer Beware! Many items I saw online were on sale but when I tried to buy them, a different price and "similar" style appeared. Major website flaw. I tried to buy a $35 sale item and at checkout the sale price was suddenly $154. Weird. I had to call to ask about the issue. The rep said to pay full price and I'd get a credit. Wth? Seemed sketch. But I did and got the credit quickly. Great. But when the item arrived, it was the same fabric but a TOTALLY different style! Now I must pay $9 to ship back THEIR mistake?!? I will NEVER order from this company again.

Absolutely shocking service
Placed an order; they claimed my parcel was delivered; however, it was not signed for, nor was it in the photo they claimed as proof. The customer service was very poor and failed to fulfil their NZ legal obligations. Still waiting for my order to appear or for my money to be refunded. Don't order from here unless you want your money to go down the drain!
