It is worth mentioning that another order I bought at Ludwigbeck at about the same time was EWE Express Delivery, which arrived in a month and a half. Therefore, it is also the disinfection of goods. EWE took less than 20 days to disinfect the flight. The customer service said that UCS still needs to be disinfected after 93 days. Shopping here is really a disaster!
This is a branch of Ludwigbeck.de that enables online shopping from Germany to China. I bought "La Mer Adventskalender - The Twelve Days of Luminous Hydration" that is 400 EURO = 3122RMB on 06.Nov.2020. I would expect the same shopping experience as in Ludwigbeck.de. However, the experience on Ludwigbeck.cn is really really really a disaster. When I bought it for 1 week, they have not sent the product that I bought. Then I asked their customer service. They told me they would hurry up and update the information. One day later, I got the update information, it was sent by PostNL and EMS, which are the largest logistics company in Netherland and in China, separately. Then I believe them but now I think I was too naive. After three more days, I have not received any useful information about transport but just "Transport is expected". Then I asked for help from their customer service, they told me that they would update the information. One day later, the logistics company was changed to UCS, which is considered to be one of the most unreliable ones! This is the choice of Ludigbeck! This also implies that they cheated me three days before, as they informed me that they used PostNL and EMS. Three days later, the product was on the flight. However, the transport did not update anymore, again. I waited for about one week and I asked the customer service, again, again, again. One day later, they sent me an email and informed me that the product was in process of "clear custom" in Hong Kong. On the same day, the logistics information was updated that it is on the flight. On the second day, the flight arrival (somewhere). However, the logistics information did not update for 4 days. Then I asked the customer service, again, again, again, again. They told me that the product is now in the process of "clear custom". What? Four days before, it was already in this process and then left and arrived in another place. Now, it is still in customs? Undoubtedly, they are still cheating on me. Of course, I attempted to contact UCS -- They promise that the customer service is 7*24 available for around 20 telephone numbers. However, none of them is available. Ludwigbeck.cn is horrible. They are wasting the reputation of Ludwigbeck.de. The customer service always lie! I won't buy anything there and suggest you not. By the way, they promised that the product will arrive at you in 10 - 15 days except for some extreme reasons, like the delay of clear customs. However, they seemed to never never never keep their promise.
