Amazing Customer Service
The customer service team are fantastic. The order was taking a little longer than expected due to delays out of their control, they still offered some compensation. The emails were polite, attentive and didn’t make you feel like a bother. Good quality of product for the price and arrived as described. Will use them again!

Avoid at all costs!! Even 1 star is too generous for this company. Ordered a custom hot wheel for father's day from my little girl. Came absolutely NOTHING like shown. My picture printed cheaply on a bit of cardboard, damaged hot wheel car, and it all thrown in some cheap plastic packaging that is far too big for the items. Complained and customer service is terrible. Offer an insulting 10% goodwill gesture refund?? Or send it back to China at my own cost. They claim items are non-refundable as the item is personalised despite the fact they sent useless rubbish that is nothing like they advertise! Disgusting scam of a website

Leaving an update, original review below. I urge everyone that uses his website, to do what I just did, and report them to the FTC (Federal trade commission). I was able to tell them my experience and how they are misleading their potential customer base. If enough of us do this, this website will be shut down. I should have known better. I typically always do my research before ordering anything online. I came across this website from one of the very infrequent times that I look at Instagram. This company claims to be based out of Wyoming, and to have made an America products. I ordered something for my mom for mother's Day, which the website said it would be delivered, guaranteed, by today, mother's Day. Well come to find out, today is mother's Day, and my order shipped today, but not from Wyoming. Guess where? CHINA. I'm not even anticipating my mom getting her special gift, and I'm already going to call the bank tomorrow and have my money refunded, because I'm pretty sure, if she does get it, it's going to be chintzy, inoperable or damaged. I am PISSED, But I guess it's my own fault for not doing my own due diligence. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. WE NEED TO FIND A WAY TO GET THIS PREDATORY WEBSITE TAKEN DOWN.
