DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - I doubt a laser welder based on the videos on their site re this item - they sent a very poor quality soldering iron- the site description says item will, laser weld, remove rust, cut steel etc - the soldering iron - marked as such on the box-! Does none of these things -AVOID DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR DESCRIPTIONS -detailed all of this when asking PayPal for refund - the seller responded asking what is wrong!!!! Don’t waste your money with this seller

Ordered a coat and it never arrived. Could not get any information from Loosely - their email address came back as full and could nto recevie any messages.

HORRIBLE, received an EMPTY box!
HORRIBLE! I ordered over $350.00 worth of merchandise (stupid I know, I should have read the reviews) and didn't receive anything but an empty box. I tried disputing it with my credit card but because they had "proof" of delivery, they would not refund the money. When I received the box I took a picture before opening it because I could tell it was too light to contain anything. Then, as I opened it, I videoed it. It was empty!!!! I sent this to my credit card company but they indicated there was proof of delivery and I couldn't get my refund.

Ordered shoes I, no, know before you go!
Ordered shoes. They had such a horrific odor that even when I put them in the trash in the garage, our cars reeked!! I’ve found this also with leather goods from China. But trying to contact the store, all efforts are to no avail!!! Don’t waste time or hard earned dollars no matter how much you want the item!! Search reputable other outlets.

Run don't Walk Away from this Merchant
I wish I would have looked up the reviews before purchasing from this online vendor. I purchased a pair of XXL jeans for $67 & a color blocked dress for $55. It took 2 mos to receive both items - both size XXL (I used the size chart on each page to determine size). When the package finally arrived I had to give the pants away to a gal who wears an adult woman's size 2 (how the hell is that remotely XXL). The dress on the other hand would literally fit a full size cow I'm sure - except in the knees the knee part is super small???? As most others I'm getting the run around - if you've already purchased from them and can refuse shipment when it arrives I suggest you do that.
