I love Lookerio
I love having great advice about trying new items of clothing that I wouldn’t have even noticed in a shop before! I get really excited to receive my box of clothing each quarter. It is giving me back style that I had lost since becoming a mum. X

Unauthorised charges taken from a third-party PayPal after cancellation
I cancelled my automatic Lookiero subscription, but instead of stopping the billing, Lookiero bypassed my details and took money from my partner's PayPal account. We do not live together, I do not have access to his account, and neither of us ever authorised Lookiero to link his financial profile to my account or use it for backup billing.This is a serious breach of billing terms and a clear unauthorised transaction. I have emailed Lookiero customer support repeatedly to demand an immediate refund, but they are completely ignoring my emails.Since Lookiero is refusing to respond or refund the money they took without consent, we are now escalating this as an Unauthorised Transaction directly through PayPal's fraud department and filing an official consumer complaint. Absolutely appalling customer service. Unlink his details and refund the money immediately.

Lookiero customer experience
I’ve been a long standing customer - receiving some lovely pieces but also some big ‘misses’. What’s really frustrating though is the level of customer service. It’s impossible to contact them if and when something goes wrong with deliveries or returns. Most recently I returned my box through evri pick up but didn’t receive a receipt. Machine said ‘error’ in printing so not sure what happened. I’ve tried every possible option to confirm it’s been sent and they need to contact the delivery company to clear the box but no response. I’ve counted about 6 emails but nothing. I appreciate this may have landed in no-mans land with responsibility sitting with evri and Lookiero but without any means to contact evri without a receipt and responsibility for follow up sitting firmly with the retailer, I’m left waiting for a big bill for clothes I don’t have. Super frustrating and not acceptable.

I've been getting these for a few years…
I've been getting these for a few years now, enjoyable experience, some clothes are fab others are awful. This last box I received was just awful, no thought had gone into compiling it, not 1 complete outfit just a load of random terrible looking clothes. Totally put me off now.

Awful company AVOID poor clothing selection
Awful company. They ask you about your style and what you would like then don’t read it or completely ignore it. Clothes are poor quality and design like H&M reject bin. Quite different to their marketing on socials like instagram. They make it so it’s impossible to cancel an order once they’ve done their completely random selection even though it’s weeks before the box is due / can’t cancel a 3 September box on 24 August. Complete joke. Customer service hard to get hold of and entirely derisive and anti-customer. Had high hopes but avoid - it’s not quite a scam but not far off….. it’s a bit like dodgy FX trader sites they just hope they get you signed-up then can rip you off for a few months before you leave.
