I was initially put off by some reviews on here but after I had a call with Craig I was immediately put at ease, my order arrived in perfect condition and on time! Thank you for going the extra mile will purchase again

We also wanted to address your comment about initially being put off by some of the reviews here, as it highlights a continuing frustration for us. Of the two most recent negative reviews you may have seen, one was actually intended for an entirely different company. The reviewer subsequently acknowledged that they had never ordered from us or even heard of London Loves Beauty, and that review has now been removed. The other is currently going through 's verification process as, based on the information available to us, we have been unable to establish that it relates to a genuine customer or order. Sadly, situations such as these are exactly why we believe reviews on this website have to be treated with considerable caution and cannot automatically be assumed to be credible simply because they have been published. Businesses are also restricted in the customer information they can disclose publicly when responding, meaning there can often be considerably more to a situation than appears in the original review. We therefore genuinely appreciate customers such as yourself taking the time to share their verified, first-hand experience of actually ordering from us. For anyone discovering London Loves Beauty through this review, we have been doing what we love for more than 10 years, helping customers access hard-to-find, new and sought-after makeup, skincare and beauty products from the USA that can otherwise be extremely difficult to obtain in the UK and Europe. Placed an order

Placed an order, however I never received the items! When I contacted their so called customer service by chat an email .There isn't a phone number listed on their website. Their response I received was it has been arrived. Well nice, its not even showing its in transit! Please indicate how this makes sense? I then, requested an POD no response this has been 3 weeks ago. I placed the order with my Credit Card without reading these reviews. So unfortunately I doubt these clowns will deliver. Terrible company! Avoid

At this stage, we are unable to verify that this review relates to London Loves Beauty or to any genuine transaction with our company. This appears to be the reviewer's first review, and there are a number of inconsistencies which have raised concerns for us. Never reply to emails

I got my parcel after a good while, although I expected that coming from the states. My review is for their customer service. I've sent an email 3 times and no reply. Left messages on IG and still nothing. Why should I buy from a company that doesn't give two cents about their customers? PS. If you'd *read* my emails you'd know that this was not because of an order. This was to get the discount code after purchase that you offer (you get it on the invoice). I emailed you to get it and nothing as I didn't want to purchase anything else unless I had it.

Don't go through the pain of dealing…

Don't go through the pain of dealing with this business. ISSUE 1: My product arrived OPENED and UNSEALED, it had smeared through the package & had what looked like lots of short black hairs stuck on it. ISSUE 2: Appreciate the delivery process takes longer due to bringing products in from the US, however this is not explicit on the website. My delivery took +2 weeks & when I questioned this, it was stated that this is a normal turnaround time yet on their website they said ''During times of high demand, order processing may take longer than our usual 5-7 business days.'' which makes you think it could come sooner.

Firstly, the product you received was brand new and had not been opened prior to dispatch. From the photographs provided, it appeared that the dispensing nozzle had sprung into the open position during transit, which unfortunately caused a small amount of product to leak. The black material visible on the product was not hair, but fibres from the black honeycomb protective wrap that we use to package items securely for shipping. Regarding delivery times, as a personal shopping service, we operate a buy-to-order model, sourcing many of our products directly from the USA. This business model and the associated delivery timeframes are clearly stated on each product page, throughout the checkout process, and again in our order confirmation emails. While we always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, the typical turnaround reflects the time required to source and import products for our customers. We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations and regret any frustration caused. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we continually review our processes to improve both communication and service. Awful experience with this company

Awful experience. I purchased a Grogu Pocketbac holder on the date they went up on the website. My money was taken and I was provided with an order number. I waited over a week for my dispatch email but nothing was sent. I decided to get in touch with the company and asked for an update on my order. I was emailed back and told the items were on their way from the USA and I should receive a dispatch email soon. I was then emailed again shortly after on the same day to say that actually they’re out of stock and I’ll be refunded. This was very upsetting as I ordered mine in good time and if they were out of stock by the time I put in my order then they should have contacted me first, but instead they were happy to take my money and provide false information about the product being in stock at the time of purchase. Absolutely disgusting way to treat a customer. Won’t be buying anything from them again.
