horrific customer experience
I waited seven full calendar days after purchasing my skin and still never received it in my inventory. What makes this even worse is that the company successfully delivered one of my other orders during the same time period, proving there was clearly no issue processing transactions on their end. I contacted customer support FOUR separate times by email explaining the situation and never received a single response. Not even an automated update, acknowledgment, or explanation. The complete lack of communication is honestly the biggest issue here. If a company takes your money, the bare minimum should be responding to customers when something goes wrong. After waiting an entire week with no support and no delivery, I was then told I would have to wait an additional 5 days just to receive a refund. So not only did I not receive the product I paid for, but my money was tied up for nearly two weeks because of their failure to handle a basic support request properly. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had with an online marketplace. I will absolutely be warning others about this site on Reddit and elsewhere because buyers deserve to know how this company handles issues after they take your payment.
