Had a demo meeting scheduled with Marcel
Had a demo meeting scheduled with Marcel Delgado. Thirty seconds into the call, it suddenly "dropped." When I went to rejoin the meeting, no one was there. I tried a half dozen times but Marcel was not to be found. Having his direct email, I sent him a message, asking him what happened. He never responded. I called customer service, only to find there is no way to speak to a human being. AI set up a second meeting time and date for me to do a demo. No link to join a meeting was sent to my email. I wasted so much time and had such a poor experience already due to Marcel and the AI Bot, I can't even imagine what it would be like after Lodgify had my business, supposing I had a question or had trouble with the software. Dodged a bullet on this one. I will be looking elsewhere for my rentals.

The onboarding specialist, Gabriel Madrid was great. He covered all the topics we needed help with in order to set us in the right direction. He later sent an email that recapped the topics, made a detailed list of how to move forward and also included a link containing a recording of your session.
