Better deal, better service
Sophie got us a better deal for the same package we already had when we had to move our service to a new address. This was incredibly helpful to us at the moment so thumbs up for Sophie. Really liking Lila and how they treat customers, never had a bad experience with them.

It was easy to order from Lila and…
It was easy to order from Lila and their website was informative. I was able to chose an installation date convenient for me, and I was kept informed by email and text, throughout. Lila also cancelled my previous provider for me. The reason I gave 4 stars was the actual installation. The two guys who turned up, initially told me they'd have to dig a line in my garden or put the router in my garage, as they needed to install a cable, which runs from outside my house. I've got a paved garden so that wasn't an option. I queried the garage option yoo and was told I'd have to order a wifi booster so I'd get coverage in the house. Really!! I again queried this. One of the guys then contacted their office about this and the next thing two other engineers arrived, obviously with more experience and they sorted it within minutes, advising the others how to and where to install the cable. So I thankfully I have a router in my living room, where I wanted it, otherwise I'd have had to cancel. After this issue was cleared up, the installation was relatively fast and they guys left the area tidy. So far my broadband coverage is good and fast, and I haven't had a problem.

Jacob and Martins - WIFI INSTALLATION
Jacob & Martins came out to install the new WIFI. Absolutely professional from start to finish. Both of them were extremely competent, knowledgeable and helpful. Extremely polite, great customer service and very informative. Completed the job efficiently a few disruptions none of there fault caused by the local council to a great standard. A credit to there company and a great work team to have doing the instalation. They worked in the rain, and didnt complain one bit. Amazing work and left my property in a great standard, no mess left behind and cleaned up after themselves. Thank you for your hard work.
