I am publicly responding to ForexClub/Libertex because my attempts to resolve this matter privately have not resulted in the return of approximately USD 7,000. My account contained approximately USD 7,935. The company paid only USD 935 to my bank card. The remaining approximately USD 7,000 was removed from my trading balance by the company and was never paid to me. The company initially referred to alleged “abuse of negative balance protection during important news events”. Later, its explanation changed to an allegation of “opposing positions across related accounts”. I have repeatedly asked for basic evidence: • Which accounts are allegedly “related” to mine? • Which exact trades allegedly violated the rules? • What evidence proves that these accounts are connected to me? • Which trades were cancelled? • How exactly was the USD 7,000 calculated? • What specific contractual provision authorizes the deduction of this exact amount? So far, I have not received a clear, transaction-by-transaction explanation or the evidence necessary to substantiate the deduction. There is another important point: Libertex support itself confirmed to me in writing that trading during important news events is permitted. I have already submitted a formal complaint under ticket No. 121145923 and provided the Company with every opportunity to investigate and explain its decision. I am now making this matter public because approximately USD 7,000 of my trading balance remains unresolved. ForexClub/Libertex: I am asking you publicly and directly — either return the approximately USD 7,000, or provide a complete, specific and documented explanation showing exactly why you believe you are entitled to withhold it. I encourage other traders to carefully review the Company's terms, withdrawal procedures and dispute-resolution process before depositing significant funds. I will continue pursuing this matter through the appropriate formal complaint, regulatory and legal channels until it is properly resolved. I am not asking for special treatment. I am asking for transparency, evidence and the return of funds that I believe are rightfully mine.
