Emily and the team at Lexxola went above and beyond to accommodate my orders to Canada. Their customer service is truly exceptional and it's clear they genuinely value their customers. I've ordered glasses from Lexxola before and have always been impressed with the outstanding quality, but this experience reaffirmed that their service is just as impressive. They made the entire process seamless, and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend!

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. After chasing a missing parcel, I was given no help locating it and had to wait 4 weeks for a refund — with communication completely dropping off along the way. Eventually got there, but only after repeatedly following up myself. I'd also like to flag that the right to return items is a statutory right in the UK, so their no-return policy is not only misleading but is likely generating unnecessary stress for their own Customer Service team.

Before discovering the brand, I had never found a contemporary pair that captured that curved silhouette of the 90s quite the way Lexxola does. Most importantly, though, this message is for Emily.
