Scammer company
Levicishop is just a setup of automated response robots that send faulty items in a 2 months timeline imported cheaply from China and to which they hold no accountability. Bought Industrial Minimalist Long LED Iron Wall Lights for Contemporary living, one of them broken, the other one faulty lighting. No responses to claims and no returns, so I've just been scammed. Don't be scammed. There's plenty of offers in the country other than this

Light arrived eventually after a long wait with no comms however requires some electrical confidence to instal, not something the average person would be comfortable with. Unfortunately there is no instruction manual included (despite saying it would be), and when you message the company they are slow to respond, and then nothing at all. Ive been waiting 2 weeks for a pdf installation manual and nothing. Avoid.

COCKROACH GELL IS FAKE!
I ordered a cockroach gel because I have a family member who had roaches after one of the tenants who lived in their house, moved out and left behind a bunch of cockroaches. I ordered this gel because in Canada they don't have any good ones anymore. It seems like they were banned years back. We used to have them but not anymore. Only home hardware has a very basic ant gel so I've been having to order overseas and last year or so I ordered a really good one for somebody but this year I was looking and this is what I found. It seemed like it was really good but it costed $80 that's like the best price I can find when ordering from overseas these days it's really expensive but it gets the job done. You know you put a little dab in each corner and the cockroaches are gone, but this company I ordered from Levicishop they use the gel and a week later. There was no change. In fact it got even worse so it didn't work at all and I tried to get a resolution from them and because I didn't have the tube anymore cause I used the entire tube and on the whole house. It was a big house. I threw out the tube as soon as I was done I don't I don't keep stuff like that. It's garbage a week later. There is no change so I contacted the company and they refuse to do any type of refund or any type of resolution whatsoever because the tube was gone I didn't have it anymore and they wanted a picture of it and I said listen you know I ordered the product from you. I have the whole order history here what's a picture of the tube gonna do you know you guys need to help me and they refused so I lost my money and then come to find out after reading other reviews that so many other customers are unhappy with them.

Ordered on April 3rd and received tracking number but there is no any update, no response to my email.

Be warned about dealing with this company
Ordered 2 light fixtures online that were available at the time of purchase. Company told me they didn’t have the light fixtures I ordered but were suggested a different one. I replied immediately and said no thank you and please cancel the order. They went ahead and shipped the wrong light fixture and charged me for it. They made it impossible to send back the lights and credit me… had at least 15 emails back and forth. I ended up disputing the charge and sent the email exchange to Visa and they reversed the charge. This company is a nightmare to deal with.
