Level 8 wonderful customer service
I love my Level 8 Adventure suitcase. The top opening hardside suitcase is space saving. The zipper pulls failed. I contacted Level 8 customer support. The response was quick. I exchanged emails that were quickly answered. After determining repair would not be possible because of impending travel a replacement suiycase is on the way! Wonderful customer service

Best 4 wheel hardside spinner carry-on I’ve found
I found Level8 in the fall of 2024 when looking for a hardside carryon spinner type suitcase that had the more internal room. Level8 accomplished this by locating the telescoping handle stanchions in the back corners, versus toward the center as the majority of other manufactures do. I wear men’s size 13 shoes, which actually fit in pair directly above the wheels. I needed an additional check bag for an upcoming trip and I had no hesitation in choosing Level8 based on the phenomenal performance of my carry-on version. I ended up needing the assistance of customer service for this second order and I found them to be quick to respond via email. The customer service associate that I worked with was great in outlining the process and seeing through the outcome. I’ll likely end up gifting some of my Level8 luggage to my kiddos and I’ll have no hesitation in purchasing from this great company again in the future.
