Paid for Letterly Pro
UPDATE: My Letterly Pro subscription has now unexpectedly activated on its own. I opened the app again to check my account and found that Pro had finally been correctly linked to it, without any further action on my part. I am glad that the issue has been resolved and that I can now use the subscription I paid for. However, I still received no response from Letterly support while I was trying to resolve the problem, which made the situation unnecessarily frustrating and left me without access to the paid service for some time. Since the subscription is now working correctly, I am updating my review accordingly.

The program works GREAT!! Better than expected.
The program works, saves me tons of time and makes me look like a hero when I use it with my clients. I use it multiple times a week, often with each client call, and when I am facilitating in-person planning sessions, too.

I needed to update the email connected to my account
I needed to change my email connected to the lifetime Pro version of this remarkable app. I contacted Letterly and gave them the code for that app as I could not find a way to update my email. Fin responded within an hour or so that they would take about a day, but resolve the issue. The next day, as promised, Fin and Maria sent an email that they had done the update and instructed me with a few simple steps how to reset my account. It’s all up and running again, with new features that makes it an even better experience. What a nice app with an excellent support system. Thanks Letterly, I’m not just a lifetime member, I’m a lifetime fan!

I have been using Letterly from the start - Very Happy
I have been using Lettery from the start. It has grown and there have been many improvements that make this app part of my daily life. As someone with ADHD, it helps no end to untangle all of my mixed up thoughts and ramblings into a cohesive list or breakdown of what I am trying to get out of my head. The speech recognition is spookily good and despite my fast talking and not completing my sentences properly, and going off on a tangent it seems to know exactly what I am trying to say. I highly recommend it.
