Genuinely impressed with the quality…
Genuinely impressed with the quality (tried many and seriously the pigments and staying-power of these are excellent)! Extensive colour range and multi-chromes are seriously crazy... Loved the modular palettes, super useful for choosing the colours I want when travelling. Shipping was fast

Broken custom 9-pan palette
I bought a custom 9-pan palette, consisting of 6 shimmers and 3 mattes. The package arrived with the eyeshadow shades packaged in very thin cardboard, with little to no padding to keep them secure. Because of this, 5 out of 6 of the shimmer shades were either cracked or completely shattered. I contacted customer service to discuss the problem. They acted sympathetically, promising to replace the broken shades. I only needed to repeat which exact shades were broken (I had already told them the only shade name that was still in tact). I replied with all exact details and pictures. I also asked if I needed to return the broken shades, because I would've been happy to do so. After that they ghosted me for two months. I've tried to contact them several times, but they simply won't reply anymore. I left a few reviews on the broken shades on their website, hoping that would get some attention, but they won't publish them. In the meantime I've done my best to repair and press the broken shades, which worked decently. The shades are pretty, but the entire experience was horrible. All of this could be solved with extra padding in the packaging. Until that time, I would highly advise to steer clear, unless you're willing to risk premium prices for broken shades. Update 1: Now two days after Lethal Cosmetics replied to this post, I have still not received an email with a solution. I will edit this if/when they follow through. Update 2: On day 3 I received an email saying that they will send a replacement for the broken shades as well as a brush and a makeup bag as compensation. Update 3: Now 11 days since they replied to this review, and I haven't recieved confirmation that the replacement has been shipped. Final update: I have received the replacement. Overall the complete process took 77 days and A LOT of emails to get here, but I now have all shades in good condition. Packaging was more secure this time; there was plenty of cardboard padding and the eyeshadows were secured in a bubble wrap pouch (which was empty last time). The eyeshadows look and perform great. Despite overall experience I'm glad that we can at least end it on a high note.

Ordered their Avatar Aang and Korra…
Ordered their Avatar Aang and Korra collaboration makeup right at launch both times and shipping was fast and easy. The makeup is S+ tier quality and lasts forever (I know makeup has an expiration date but I tend to use it for a LONG time). I’m still using Aang makeup and am so excited to start using the Korra collection.
