We traveled on Le Pet express for the second time yesterday, first time was 2 years ago. The Eurotunnel was severely delayed but we still managed to arrive only a little late because of Stephane, our driver. I couldn’t have made it to London from Munich with my doggy without you!

I booked a two way trip with this service and it was absolutely outstanding. I don’t know if timing played a part but both ways, we arrived ahead of time! On the first leg Nigel was our driver and on the second leg Stefan was our driver. Their communication, explanations, managing expectations and keeping us informed was perfect and I felt safe and confident in not only the service but also their delivery. Both vans had air con and fans and I felt my little puppy was very well accommodated. The pet passport and admin in the lead up to the travel was thoroughly checked and I am extremely grateful for the due dilligence! Thank you to the whole team and I will undoubtably use this service again.

Ruined our entire travel plans
I can forgive the constant requests for documents, but it wasn’t long before this escalated into repeated passive-aggressive reminders. I hired an authorised professional specifically to prepare the documentation required for my dog to travel, as the requirements are complicated and easy to misunderstand. Rather than trust either me or the professional I had hired, Brenda took it upon hersef to decide that my documents were unsuitable for travel. I was given the choice of cancelling immediately with a full refund or "risk" my documents being rejected where upon they would keep 50% of the cost and leave my family stranded. This, along with the attitude in general, ultimately left me feeling that I had little choice but to cancel the booking. For context, I used those exact same documents only a few hours later to cross into the UK with a private pet taxi, without any issue whatsoever. Based on my experience, I definitely would not recommend this service. I found there to be very little practical help, reassurance or empathy at what was already an extremely stressful time. It would be unfair of me not to mention one positive however: the cancellation and refund were handled quickly and efficiently.

Go-To Service for France to UK Pet Travel
I’m so grateful for Le Pet Express and Brenda. The service was everything we needed: affordable, informative, easy, and friendly. Traveling with pets to new countries can be so stressful and Brenda walked us through the entire process from start to finish. I will be using them again in the future and would absolutely recommend using their service if you don’t want to fly with your pet.

1st time user and definitely will return to it
Easy online booking with quick response. Service is well organised and clear instruction provided for access. You will also recieve a reminder email to ensure things you need to prepare before boarding. Vehicle is spotless clean and chauffeur is nice.
