They sent the lenses to WA instead of…
They sent the lenses to WA instead of QLD where it clearly written on line. I tried contacting Australia Post and Lens World they did not respond there call centre did not answer the phone, A message came through a chat saying sorry your lenses are now on back order so its been over a month waiting for the lenses so they gave us a 0.01 cent discount for the inconvenience. Still waiting a month later for the contacts still no answer from the call centre. All there reviews are so positive on there own website.

Extremely slow service
Extremely slow service. You need to order your lenses more than a month in advance. They don't have any stock. In Europe it takes only a day for delivery. I will be looking for a new provider.

extremely poor service
THey sent the wrong product, made ME run around to work out what went wrong and i have now sent back the product over one month ago, they have my money and I am still waiting for a refund. I would have been more than happy for them to simply exchange the contacts for the correct ones but all of this has been extreme unsatisfactory.

NEVER HAVE STOCK…..!!
They do not update their stock levels on their website, it will let you order & pay for contacts but the second you order/pay you have to click on the account/order status and 7 times out of 10 it states “backorder or refunded” because they don’t even have the stock they advertise… WHY LET PEOPLE ORDER AND PAY FOR THE ITEM THEN!?!? NOT reliable if your need these for University study or work which is a pain in the @#*£ because they are the only company offering 3 months worth at a time. COMPANY NEEDS AN OVERHAUL!
