Funds blocked
Funds blocked, no resolution, and a runaround My funds are being held via Lemonway (the ACPR-authorised payment institution, agrément no. 16568) on a partner platform and have not been released. When I raised a formal complaint (request #1698499), I received two contradictory replies on the same day: one saying Lemonway “does not intervene in any way” and to contact the platform, and another saying they were “checking with the bank.” I was pushed into a “you → Coracle → Lemonway” chain that has produced no answer and no access to my own money. As the regulated institution holding the funds, Lemonway has direct obligations to account holders that cannot be delegated to an unregulated platform. I have now submitted a formal réclamation and am escalating to the AFEPAME Consumer Mediator, the ACPR, and BaFin. I would strongly advise others to be cautious until this is resolved. Absolutely horrible experience
Absolutely horrible experience. I have been trying to withdraw my funds from Lemonway for months. They finally asked me for my IBAN and a copy of my ID in order to transfer the funds, which I provided the same day they requested it, on June 26th. Since then, I have not received any update at all. This lack of communication and delay is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

Scam
Slow answer to support tickets, asking for different papers and documents, and then afterwards refuse to pay out (gamerpay.gg shutdown) its just a scam. Should have handled gamerpay after they closed, but refuse to pay out. Avoid like the plague

Incompetent verfification process provider
Avoid companies working with this verification provider, technical not up to date, software is freezing continously..will cost you hours of lifetime to verify anything
