Do not order from this company! They send you cheap knockoffs and then will not return emails or phone calls. You cannot return or get a refund. A total RIPOFF!

Non existent customer service
Non existent customer service. Order fleece lined pants for my wife for xmas. Ordered womens large, The pair we received were maybe a child's large. Tried to return. No return address anywhere, No responses to emails on 3 separate occasions. Avoid at all costs. Rip off

I’ve been dealing with those people for…
I’ve been dealing with those people for 3 months now if not more,I don’t even remember ...they said that I can have the money back or they can reship it,so I said they can reship it since I’ve been waiting for so long,I don’t care now how much longer I need to wait . Again, waited a month and nothing arrived, on the tracking info it says it was delivered august 27, now it’s September 25th, I still don’t have the pants ....what a disappointment .

DEE SH, and I really hope some of you others that posted previously see this. I wish there was a way I could reply to you directly but unfortunately it doesn’t look like this site allows for that.. I ordered a pair of leggings, felt that the size was not as described, they did not fit well, so I proceeded to process a return. I thought no big deal, these things happen, but boy was I wrong. I came to find out that one little pair of leggings was going to cost me another $200 because they require shipping of their returns to China. I got in touch with the company (I ordered through Instagram and somehow found a way to contact, maybe that’s when their website was still operating? The email was, and I’m going to space it out because this site also doesn’t allow you post emails in your review, so just don’t put the spaces in: hello @ legrepublic .com), expressed how this was outrageous and they should find a way to pay for my shipping for this inconvenience. They would not budge no matter how hard I fought it. I proceeded to file a claim with my bank, Chase Bank. This is actually really easy to do through your online banking, assuming most banks provide the service. Chase fortunately did there job, analyzed the issue, and refunded me the money. So if there’s any advice I can offer, it is that. Go on your banks website, file a claim, and they take it from there. Should only take you a few short minutes to do it online, and you don’t have to do anything from there. But it did take a few months for Chase to fully process it and finally respond that they agreed, it was an incorrect charge, and they would be crediting me back. That’s not unusual considering the amount of claims they receive and have to go through the process of investigating. But for me it was worth the wait to not even so much get my money back, but more so to ensure that my money did not go to a company which seems to be quite sketchy/fraudulent, or at minimum, providing terrible service. Sorry this was a novel but I hope it helps.
