Flawlessly supported with my questions on token migration despite USA not being in the service region
I rarely write reviews, but my recent experience with LCX deserves recognition. I am based in the United States, which is currently not one of LCX's supported jurisdictions. Because of that, I was initially concerned that I would have no options when the LCX Token 2.0 migration was announced. The migration process itself is straightforward, but being in a non-serviceable region made me uncertain about what support, if any, I could expect. The LCX 2.0 upgrade involves a 1:1 migration to the new token contract, so getting accurate guidance was extremely important to me. What impressed me most was the professionalism of the support team, especially Colt. Instead of giving a generic response or simply pointing out jurisdiction restrictions, Colt took the time to carefully review my situation, answer my questions, and explain what options were available. Every reply was clear, patient, and detailed. At no point did I feel rushed or treated like "just another ticket." Thank you to Colt and the LCX support team for the assistance during the LCX Token 2.0 migration. Based on my experience, LCX has earned my trust and my 5-star rating.

Fiat pairs, fast and resourceful support, no questions asked only help!!
All the negative reviews here are because people incurr losses as they DONT KNOW TRADING, if you trade well you can make money however I am here for FIAT pairs, what more you want from an exchange? Lamborghini wrapped in BTC, I got issues resolved the same day with support, got my deposit without reference number they helped me. Plus they know things, I had a ticket in queue with kraken for 15 plus days. Great support staff

Die machen einfach gar nix…
Die machen einfach gar nix… Einzahlungen dauern Tage… und nur wenn der Support angeschrieben wird… Auszahlungen an andere Krypto Börsen ist das grosse Dilemma überhaupt. Testtransaktion von 40$ dauernd 2-5 Stunden (!). Größere Transaktionen bleiben einfach irgendwo in der Schleife und kommen nicht an…. Support anschreiben und die sagen, sie klären es ab… kein Feedback - nix. Geld hängt einfach iwo im Space. Und ja…. Den LCX Coin brauchen wir nicht thematisieren. Der kennt nur eins… den Boden.

Account disabled for over a month – no resolution
I have been using LCX, but my account has now been disabled for over one month without any clear explanation or resolution. During this time, I contacted support multiple times and repeatedly received generic responses such as “under review” and “final stage,” but no actual progress has been made. At one point, I was even told the account would be reopened within the week, which did not happen. I still cannot access my account or my remaining funds. Due to the lack of resolution, I have already submitted a complaint to the Financial Market Authority (FMA) Liechtenstein. At this point, I am simply requesting either restoration of account access, or the ability to withdraw my funds Very disappointing experience, especially for a regulated platform.
