Loved the Brand, Not the Experience
I’ve always loved this brand and finally made a purchase directly from their website after years of enjoying their clothes through vintage pieces. Unfortunately, the experience was honestly disappointing. After placing my order, I received a sweet “thank you for your first order” email, but there were no details about shipping status or tracking information. I waited a few extra days, checked my spam folder, and still received nothing. What was more frustrating was that after three days, I contacted customer support through the live chat, but nobody responded, and I didn’t receive any follow-up emails either. Eventually, I did receive my order (thankfully), but the lack of communication made the whole process stressful because I had no idea whether my order had been delayed or if tracking information even existed. I still love the brand and their designs, but this was a really poor online shopping experience, and unfortunately it has made me hesitant to purchase from them again.

terrible customer service
terrible customer service, just dance around the actual problem and try make it seem like you didn’t read correctly when you have. i bought they’re pompom purin jorts and the product says for a mid-rise fit get your normal size my waist is small but i have big hips and i wanted low rise so because my hips are 36” i got that size, they came, tried them on and they’re 40” even measured them and got someone who is over a 40” hip size and they were loose on them. i sent proof after proof showing they were bigger than expected and i got an email saying that they measure 40” because they’re meant to be baggy!!!! THEN THEYRE A 40” WAIST NOT A 36” but somehow they’ve worked it out that i’m somehow the wrong one?! i want an exchange because i bought them early for a reason but i’m going to have to pay to ship them back and wait until august because they don’t know how to label sizes correctly. i wanted to save money and buy the rest of the pompom collection but after this i see it’s just better to stay away. if you want to buy from here, email they’re team about they’re made up sizes first so you can actually get your right size because they’re clothes aren’t cheap and wouldn’t want another person to have to go through the anxiety of constantly emailing them proving you’re right and them gaslighting you.

Horrible customer support, and they actually trigger you on purpose if you are disabled. STAY AWAY. SCAMMED AFTER BEING A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR 6 YEARS.

Love shopping here, the items are always unique and of excellent quality. Lazy Oaf have a wide range of sizes so a win for body positivity. Will always be my go to place for quirky, unusual clothing. Feel like a million dollars in my new fleece and matching hat. Arrived early too! 🖤

Fun interesting clothing
Fun interesting clothing - a word of advice - fits are all over the map. I ordered 3 xxxl sweater vests because I am 1m90 tall. 1 comes to my waist thr other two are essentially crop tops. Model images showed all 3 going to the waist. Love the style but after customs you cant really exchange anything. I style the shorter ones with a long sleeve shirt
