Fehlerhafte Produkte werden plötzlich abgestritten und sie wollen davon nichts wissen ob wohl ihr name darauf steht. Verbraucher schutz ist auch schon informiert in der Garantiezeit haftet der hersteller zu 100 Prozent aber das kennt diese Firma nicht!

I had bought a set of lazer lamps 5…
I had bought a set of lazer lamps 5 years ago and just as the warranty run out one of the lights went faulty and the mounting brackets had melted. After contacting lazerlamps and a lot of back and forth lazerlamps agreed to a fifty percent discount on a new set which I had already purchased through 4x4 . As I had already paid the full price to 4x4 they promptly refunded half the funds back to me. I have to be honest just a couple of days ago I was going to be writing a completely different review but I’m pleased to say that lazerlamps came through 100% recommend them as a stand up company

Exceptional after-sales support
Exceptional after-sales support from Joshua Lewis at Lazer Lamps. I had an intermittent fault with my Canny controller on a Toyota LC250 - Joshua diagnosed the likely cause quickly, walked me through a workaround, and then proactively contacted me over a month later, completely unprompted, to let me know a firmware update was available to fully resolve the issue. That kind of follow-through is genuinely rare and hugely appreciated. The product is excellent but the support is what sets Lazer Lamps apart. Highly recommended

I’ve been an engineer for over 30 years…
I’ve been an engineer for over 30 years and I’ve never seen customer service like this . I used their Canny system to trigger my light bar through the can bus . It didn’t operate with the high beam at first but the remote did work . Joshua the integration manager remote scanned my car, found the right codes and updated the vehicle selection. Now the whole light system works perfectly. For the installer ( me ) this was a breeze . It has 4 switchable outputs too which would be absolutely perfect for trucks/off road . 5 stars is not enough. Well thought out and executed product. Derek Scotland.
