**Very disappointing withdrawal experience and extremely poor support**
I used LATOKEN in the past, and withdrawals were always processed without any problems, usually within a few hours. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been completely different. I have been trying to withdraw my own BTC for over a month. After an SMS verification issue, LATOKEN required me to complete the verification process again, which I did successfully. Despite completing all requested verifications, my withdrawals continued to remain pending for an unreasonably long time. One withdrawal eventually had to be cancelled because the receiving request expired while I was waiting for LATOKEN to process it. I then submitted a new withdrawal using a valid permanent BTC deposit address. The biggest problem is the customer support. The AI chatbot repeatedly gives the same generic answers and creates new support tickets when it cannot resolve the issue. Human support can take many days to respond, and the responses so far have provided no concrete explanation or solution. I simply want to withdraw my own funds. I have used LATOKEN successfully in the past, which makes this experience particularly disappointing. I cannot recommend LATOKEN based on my current experience. I hope they resolve the withdrawal, but I will not be using the platform again. Update: The withdrawal was eventually completed, but only after a prolonged delay and repeated support issues.
