El servicio fue excelente. Yo cometí un error en la dirección del delivery y me llamaron para verificar y corregir esto. El delivery llegó el día esperado. Muchas gracias. Muy recomendable y lo volveré a usar 😀

The flowers didn't arrive
This was the second time I ordered with them, first time I had no problems and the bouquet was very beautiful. I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday and it didn't arrived yesterday. I contacted the company now. Let's see what happens.. So now the aftermath: I contacted the company they did reply, and they said they were sorry for the inconvenience. They also offer to send the flowers and refund the money. There was a little bit difficulty in understanding, as I didn't want the flowers anymore and I had already ordered from another company and at that point the other company had already delivered. They did refund the money and still delivered the bouquet(they did not refund the delivery, even though i didnt authorized the delivery). But that's ok, because the flowers were beautiful so it was worth it. I previously had given 1 star. But after they contacted me and fixed the whole thing im giving them now 4 for they did try to make things right.

Las flores llegaron al día siguiente de la fecha, durante el día traté de comunicarme por los canales que indican no tuve respuesta, solo al día siguiente cuando entregaron
