Unfortunately, this is not David. David passed away on 21 May this year. I have used la prairie for over 35 years. Before retirement I spent a fortune and never had a problem. I ordered 14 July. Should have been delivered 17 July, excuse. Re-Scheduled for Monday 20 July. Nothing. Excuse after excuse. Ruined break. Surely their duty was to repost considering my money was taken over a week ago. I will never buy from them again. Moving to another brand. Disgusted

Früher war die Marke gut.
Früher war die Marke sehr gut und evt. auch ihren Preis wert. Leider sind die Inhaltsstoffe aber schon vor Jahren geändert worden und zwar von natürlichen Inhaltsstoffen zu synthetischen. Die ganze Textur ist verändert und das nicht zum guten. Besonders merkt man das bei den Foundations und beim Concealer. Auch das packaging...früher glas, heute Plastik. Alles mehr auf Masse statt auf Klasse ausgelegt. Der besagte Concealer ist eine Frechheit. Früher schön cremig und gut deckend, heute steinhart und bröselig. Nicht zu gebrauchen. Und das für diese astronomischen Preise.

I purchased a La Prairie set, shipping was very fast. it was packaged so well it was hard for me to open. I absolutely love my set, I don't understand why the reviews are so bad on trust pilot, my experience was totally different. my set was worth the money and i will be ordering again from the US website. everything about La Prairie is luxury skin care, even down to the packaging. I was even sent free samples. I'm not sure where other people have been ordering from, but I had a great experience. I'm starting to wonder if the reviews are fake on trust pilot. Thank you La Prairie for my amazing set.

I placed an online order with La Prairie and paid in full. The order was never delivered, and I received no notification or update for nearly one month. After multiple follow-ups, customer service provided contradictory explanations—initially indicating the order was delivered, then later confirming there was no delivery trace and no proof that the order was ever handed over to the courier. Subsequently, La Prairie stated that a full refund had been processed, yet at the same time the order status continues to show “On its way” with a Purolator reference that does not reflect a verifiable shipment. This internal inconsistency, combined with long periods of silence, has made the situation extremely confusing and frustrating. Despite written assurances regarding both a refund and reshipment, communication has been inconsistent and difficult to obtain, including unanswered emails and phone calls. For a global luxury brand, this experience demonstrates a serious lack of transparency, accountability, and basic order control. This review is based on documented order records and email correspondence, and I strongly caution other customers when ordering online.

Good products,are they worth the price? What is their profit margin on them?? Produced in the same factory as Nivea . Maybe better off buying Nivea!!
