Excellent standard of care provided
I am very happy with the treatment I received from Barbara. She provided great insight into establishing the root cause. The treatment was very effective as Barbara was quick to identify the key problem areas and plan how to give me the maximum relief possible. Also Barbara was very accommodating, fitting me in with short notice and provided out of hours additional treatment so I could enjoy the rest of my holiday.

An 'authentic' physiotherapist
I have been interested in bio-mechanics for over 25 years; practising Yoga, (focusing on the symmetry and geometry of the body), functional strength training and other forms of movement therapy. A few years ago, I tore my ACL and meniscus playing tennis. After treatment from a few 'physiotherapists' in different parts of the world I came across Barbara when I resided in Lanzarote. In the first session itself it was apparent she took a more holistic and comprehensive approach to the human body; not focusing on the localised issue as many therapists do, yet directing her attention and efforts to balancing the body as a closed chain system and neurological network. In a methodical and attentive manner the mutual journey focused on the mobility and longevity of the body, as opposed to short term fixes. Slowly over time, with a skillful combination of hands on therapy work and strength training, my body became more aligned and centered, and the discomfort of my knee issues significantly subsided. The benefits were progressively subtle, yet collectively remarkable. With Barbara's facilitation, at the age of nearly fifty I have avoided the pains and complications of surgery and managed to provide the body with it's necessary strength, stability and alignment. As a bonus, the information provided by Barbara on a range of movement therapy subjects has enhanced my knowledge ever more. I continue sessions with Barbara on a regular basis in order to maintain the 'tuning' of the body. I wholeheartedly recommend Barabara as an 'authentic' physiotherapist.

Nice relaxing atmosphere
Nice relaxing atmosphere, friendly but very professional lady. I’ve had several sports massages in the past, this was by far the best and the most intense! Left feeling a new lady! Will most definitely be back!
