Complete disaster
Complete disaster. Ordered my usual size of sandal (am always a 7). They were so small I had to return them. So I thought I’ll accept a gift card and order the larger size. Tried to do that but was sent a box of mismatched sandals, neither of which were what I ordered. I’d run out of time to order a new pair as I was going on holiday, so returned the mismatched pair and asked for a full refund to my original payment card. I’ve now asked three times and have only been given £4.50 delivery fee back. Last asked them 3 days ago and am now being ignored. Asked again today and my email was replied to saying ‘request closed’. I judge a company by their customer service. This has been a disaster and they still owe me £71. Avoid at all costs.

Odd design on the laid back london Jun 4.0 slipper Its beautiful but slips off the back of my heel every step I take. I wear a 7.5 and ordered the 38 Euro size per the reviews. The foot bed fits good - a tad snug but feel like they would be perfect in a day but the heel bed design is so shallow Im not sure if its not suppoed to slip off when you walk? They are soft and pretty but Im just not sure of the sizing. Im 5,2 and weigh 113 lbs for reference and I consistanly wear a 7.2. If you are looking for a pretty slipper that fits more like a comfortable shoe maybe look elsewhere or order two pair- one smaller and one larger and you might get lucky!

Great looking products.
Lovely products, just a couple of observations. I was sent a size 40 in a 39 box, so I had to send it back. The customer service team were very helpful.. however one of the flip flops had a sharp edge just by the inside toe, so to start with, it was quite sore. I filed it off, so I can now happily wear them.

Sono tre anni che compro un paio l’anno! Flip flop artigianali,ben fatte! Costano un pò ma vale la pena,durano. Anche la spedizione abbastanza veloce ma purtroppo non gratuita.
