Outstanding service! 100% recommend!! Bought a corkscrew as a gift but managed to botch the online order and mistakenly had it sent to myself. Ordered another, with intentions of returning the first one. I’m ordering the second one, forgot to add the gift message. Called Danielle at the customer service # and she took care of it all! Refunded my first order, intercepted the second one and added my message! Best gal ever! The corkscrew is gorgeous and was well received!

BUYER BEWARE: SELLING BROKEN KNIVES
I bought two sets of Laguiole knives. One was oak handled for my parents (Christmas present), the other was mammoth tooth for my wife and I. We make a lot of steak, thought the knives were beautiful, and planning to keep them forever, as heirlooms for our kids. The mammoth tooth knife set cost around $3,000. After a couple months of occasional use the handle on two of the knives began to chip. Over the next few months most of the remainder had handles that chipped, exposing the metal plate underneath. We reached out out to the Laguiole team to ask for repairs and they told us we would have to pay for it and that it was our fault for washing the knives in the dishwasher. We never washed the knives in the dishwasher. I’m not sure who on planet earth would put a $3k knife set in the dishwasher, but that’s what we were accused of. EVEN IF we ran those knives through a dishwasher 10x daily for six months, the handles shouldn’t have chipped like that. Terrible customer service (we spent $5k on knives with Laguiole, no customer service), terrible product, would never buy from them again. Buyer beware!
