Hi,I just went down to check on my e-scooter, and the tire is completely flat once again. This is absolutely unacceptable. I paid good money for this, and it is honestly disgraceful that it keeps failing like this.There is clearly a major manufacturing defect with this entire scooter, and I am extremely angry about this situation. I refuse to ride it any further because I do not want to damage it more. I am leaving it as it is and expecting you to handle this immediately.I expect a response and a solution as fast as possible. I want one of the following options:A full refund of my money.A brand new replacement scooter.An alternative solution that we can both agree on right away.I am highly frustrated and expect you to take this seriously. Defective 0 km scooter returned — replacement still not dispatched
I initially posted a positive review because the support team replied quickly. I have now deleted it, because fast replies are not the same as an effective after-sales resolution. My brand-new KuKirin 2026 G2 Master was delivered on 12 August. It was never ridden and the display still showed 0 km. During the initial inspection, I found visible rear tire and wheel wobble, brake rubbing, and a rear motor wheel that did not rotate freely. These were serious quality and safety concerns on a completely unused scooter. KuKirin approved the return, and UPS confirms that the scooter was delivered to their warehouse on 24 August. As of 29 August, KuKirin has both the returned scooter and my full payment, but no replacement has been dispatched, no tracking number has been provided, and no firm dispatch date has been given. The only response is that the warehouse is still “processing” the request. A customer who reported safety-related defects immediately and returned a completely unused scooter should not be left without the product, the payment or a definite resolution date. I expect a factory-new, inspected replacement to be dispatched on Monday, 31 August, with tracking information provided without further delay. I will update this review immediately when the replacement is dispatched and again after it has arrived and been inspected. Until this matter is properly resolved, I cannot recommend purchasing directly from KuKirin’s website.

Très déçu de mon expérience avec KuKirin. J’ai acheté une KuKirin G2 Master qui est tombée en panne alors qu’elle avait moins d’un an. Elle s’est arrêtée brutalement pendant que je roulais et ne s’est plus rallumée. Après vérification par le magasin, on m’a indiqué qu’un câble/connecteur près de la batterie avait fondu et que la batterie était endommagée. J’ai contacté KuKirin pour savoir comment faire fonctionner la garantie, mais on m’a simplement répondu que vous ne pouviez rien faire puisque je n’avais pas acheté la trottinette directement sur votre site et que je devais me retourner vers le vendeur. Je trouve cela très décevant pour une trottinette qui coûte plusieurs centaines d’euros. Pour moi, le produit n’a pas été à la hauteur de mes attentes et le service après-vente ne m’a pas apporté la solution que j’espérais. Je déconseille donc cet achat à ceux qui recherchent un produit fiable et surtout un véritable accompagnement en cas de panne. Réfléchissez bien avant d’acheter une KuKirin et vérifiez surtout les conditions de garantie du vendeur chez qui vous l’achetez.
