In April 2025, I purchased a kickstand (stand) for a Xiaomi Scooter 4 Ultra from this seller. The product was advertised on the website as a genuine Xiaomi original part. I paid €98 plus shipping for the item. However, the part I received was clearly not an original Xiaomi product but a low-quality aftermarket replacement. Later, I found the exact same item being sold on various online marketplaces for only a fraction of the price. I immediately informed the seller that the product did not match the description and that I wanted to return it. Despite the fact that the mistake was on the seller’s side, he refused to arrange and pay for the return shipping and instead insisted that I cover the cost myself. During our communication, the seller repeatedly tried to convince me to keep the part. Eventually, he offered to send me the genuine Xiaomi part I had originally ordered if I sent him an additional €30 via PayPal. Trusting his promise, I paid the extra €30. Unfortunately, to this day I have never received the original Xiaomi part. For a while, the seller continued responding to my messages, often in a rude and arrogant manner. After some time, however, he stopped replying altogether. My messages have been read, but they have been completely ignored. All communication took place through WhatsApp, and I have records of all conversations, promises, and statements made by the seller. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend purchasing from this seller. I feel that I was misled regarding the product I received and that my attempts to resolve the issue were ignored. Despite paying both for the original order and the additional amount requested by the seller, I never received the product that was promised to me. Edit after seller's response: Everything written in your response is false. I have never used the kickstand you sent me. It is still in the box, exactly as received. I am ready to return it at any time, but you are avoiding the real issue and avoiding proper answers. The problem is very simple: I ordered an original Xiaomi part, but I received a different product. Instead of solving this properly, you now try to blame me and make false accusations publicly. I am not here to convince anyone with empty words. The facts will speak for themselves. I will publish the full WhatsApp conversation on another public platform, so everyone can see the real face of this seller and judge the situation based on the actual communication, not on your false claims. I still have the product, unused, in its box, and I am still waiting for the correct solution.

Délais très long - service commercial de mauvaise foi. A éviter.
Bonjour, je ne suis pas du tout satisfait de cette entreprise. J'ai commandé une pièce détachée pour une trottinette électrique. D'une part, il y avait plus de frais de livraison que pour la pièce. D'autre part, la livraison a été très longue. Je me suis trompé de pièce, il n'ont pas voulu me rembourser malgré la loi européenne Article L221-18 - concernant le droit de rétractation. Bref, entreprise à éviter.
