Shipping took a very long time
Shipping took a very long time. 2 glasses arrived in wood boxes, the third glass arrived in a damaged cardboard box. Glass are nice, but not worth the price.

Misleading product advertising
Misleading product advertising The website advertised “Whiskey Glasses” and “Experience Japanese Style Glassmaking,” with photos showing a large, substantial-looking glass. What I received was extremely small, lightweight, and looked nothing like the product presentation. The shipment also came from China, which was not what the Japanese-style marketing led me to expect. I contacted the company requesting a return and refund. Buyers should check the actual dimensions, material, return address, and return-shipping cost before ordering.

I returned a package in good faith on 3rd July, paying to have it tracked and it is still stuck in customs. Kori Whiskey are doing nothing to help. Appalled.

Bought 3 sets of glasses as gifts - SCAM!!!
Bought 3 sets of glasses as gifts. When I received my sets of glasses, I found them to be poorly made. Definitely not made by hand nor in Japan. Seams in the glasses which shows they are made by machine. The wooden boxes that they came in were also of poor quality. Not worth the money at all. Additionally, when I requested a refund, they asked me to ship them back to China, only for the entire box to be sent back to me 3 months later because this company was not going to pay the customs charges. The kicker is that it costs me $150 to ship these glasses back insured so that I would never fully get my money back! This company is a SCAM!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED!!!
