Ever since I found Koreabe they became one of my favorite beauty shop. They are one of the very few sites that actually ship rare, hard-to-find international skincare products that I couldn't find anywhere else online. What made me a customer for life, though, was their customer service. After I accidentally entered the wrong delivery address, their support team stepped in immediately to help redirect the package and ensure it arrived safely at the right place. Exceptional product selection, authentic items, and truly helpful service. I can't recommend them enough!

I’ve had a great experience shopping on this website. They offer a wide variety of products at good prices, with great promotions too. Their customer service is excellent, they keep you updated on your order and genuinely care about making sure your package arrives safely. I am absolutely thrilled with my experience ordering from Koreabe! During a trip to Seoul, I fell in love with several local products that I simply couldn't find anywhere else in Europe. Koreabe's catalog is wonderfully curated, and the website is extremely user-friendly. Most importantly, their prices are fair and stay true to the original rates in Korea, avoiding the excessive markups you typically see on other e-commerce sites. What I appreciated most is their hassle-free customs process. Customs fees are included directly in the final price at checkout and managed entirely by Koreabe, meaning no surprise fees or frustrating administrative delays upon delivery. Shipping takes about three weeks, which is completely expected for an intercontinental delivery. The package tracking can occasionally stay static for a few days, giving the impression that the shipment is stalled before updating all at once. Having slightly more detailed, real-time tracking updates along the way would be a fantastic improvement, but it in no way detracts from the great service. My order arrived in perfect condition, packaged with so much care, and included several free samples that were a delightful touch! I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you, Koreabe!
