Have been a happy customer in the past
Have been a happy customer in the past, and have bought the program from them multiple times. New versions of windows, and security updates has since been rolled out to machines . Meaning alot of times it will not work anymore, just bought latest version of konboot today, as the one i had from last year did not work anymore (the version that cost the most) Again bought the most espesive version -> The updated version also failed. Requested a refund, within an hour of buying, and show proof of its not working Just gets standart message: You have already activated your license to USB pendrive Requst denied. - I then Found a FREE alternative, im not saying they do work in the same way, but it worked and i could unlock the admin account After multiple years of beeing a happy customer . I will NEVER buy anything from them again Have a great day Kind regards Steffen

Bought this software to unlock a Macbook
Bought this software to unlock a deceased persons MACBOOK it stated at the very top compatable with Tahoe so I bought the software Coudln;t buy the Mac Version only forced me to buy the dual licence for 65 Euro $100 AUD it failed to work emailed them explaining they sent back an email it plainly says will not work on M2 series Laptops which I guess it does way down the very bottom of the page... Requested a refund the same day no sorry you activated the software we can;t refund it.

in legacy mode would hang at set…
in legacy mode would hang at set sector. In UEFI mode with stop with security alert. With 2017 bios could not boot in uefi usb mode. No more response from Kon Boot. Waste of money

License issue + no support.
After purchasing the product, the software license didn't work. The software requires a license check on every use so requires their system to be functional - which it is not. No response on support due to the issue. Software doesn't work. Do not recommend.
