Making it hard to cancel subscription. Charged me after canceling.
If you’re planning to try this app out, then DON’T!! I got the application two months ago, didn’t find it useful from the first day, but forgot to cancel the subscription. After the first month, I was charged €39.99 the first time - that’s on me. I cannot blame the app. So I went through their long list of “Are you sure?”, just to cancel the subscription. Another month passes, and I have forgot everything about the app, and then I get a notification that another €39.99 had been charged from my account.. I immediately emailed the support team about the problem, and all I got back was “Sorry, we cannot refund you, due to our policy”. A clear example of a company that truly only gives a sh*t about the money.

I'm learning a lot, easy to follow.
I'm learning a lot, hopefully it will help me improve my career prospects. The lessons are easy to follow. I highly recommend buying the lifetime subscription, I've spent more money renovating the 3-month subscription than what it costs. I only wish I could get feedback when I report errors or mistranslations.

The worst of marketing and no communication. I wanted to learn claud and.paid but couldn't get to lessons only more and more options to buy that goes on forever and in circles. I ans a lot of foolish questions and then paid but couldn't get to the lessons just more marketing traps and options and around and around more marketing games. I felt trapped and inconvienced. Wasting my time. I wanted to learn claud. Couldn't get to it or out of this terrible loop to pay more. Horrible and rude. Your product should sell itself not your option traps where y ou click just to move on and out. I dont like what you do. Abusive.
