Der Kundenservice hat meine Bitte, meine Bestellung abzuändern (Artikel mit anderer Länge sollte es sein), zügig, freundlich, und mitdenkend erfüllt. Insgesamt war auch sonst mein Einkaufserlebnis positiv und die Lieferung bei mir, in Deutschland, so schnell da wie bei Versendern im inland. Ich bedanke mich – und werde hier auch in Zukunft bestellen.

Never use Kiwi.
Never use Kiwi. You know how they charge you outrageous fees whenever you want to change or cancel a booking? Well, do you know what happens when the situation is the other way around? I purchased a flight for 6,000 MXN (about USD 320). By the time Kiwi actually tried to buy the ticket, the market price had jumped to 15,000 MXN (about USD 800). So what did they do? They simply refused to issue my ticket. Instead of taking responsibility, they just wasted time. They ignored my questions, avoided giving clear answers, and kept trying to shift the blame onto me. I repeatedly explained that I needed the ticket to be confirmed immediately. Even when I asked to cancel because they had failed to issue the ticket, they claimed that it would be considered my cancellation and that I would have to pay huge cancellation fees. Their attitude is basically: "We'll keep your money for as long as we want, and if we can't deliver the ticket, we'll just refund the amount you originally paid." Meanwhile, they take no responsibility for the higher airfare or the time you lose. So please, do not use Kiwi. Book directly through the airline's official website or use a reputable third-party travel agency instead. I eventually managed to reach a human customer support representative, but they were no different. They showed absolutely no intention of solving the problem. Instead, they just kept delaying the process and seemed more interested in making the situation look like it was somehow my fault. This has been one of the worst booking experiences I've ever had. I would never recommend Kiwi to anyone.

Didn't even get to order from this page, as I was met with an error message anytime I wanted to see details on any of the products listed on the page. "This page isn’t working right now kiwi-electronics can't currently handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500" (Link removed, as won't let me post otherwise) I used different browsers, different computers, different networks and different days to see if this issue would solve itself - after 1 week of stone walling, I contacted support and got the answer that "the website is working fine and they cannot help". Never going to buy from this page, which is a shame because they seemed to have everything I needed.

Pedí un móvil que no vino correctamente, así que me puse en contacto con servicio al cliente. Me contestaron rápido y me explicaron que tuvieron un problema de logística. Me dieron una solución y estoy súper contenta con como me trataron en todo el proceso y de verdad ver que lo querían solucionar. Muy profesionales.
