I been trying different shampoo and…
I been trying different shampoo and conditioners and I finally found kitsch. And I have been using for about 2 months and the last couple weeks I have been receiving so many complaints on my hair. 🥰 and it feels so healthy. Out of 5 star I give them 100 🥰

Not worth buying.
#1 I ordered the start kit and it billed me for 3, I immediately reached out to fix the problem. Thinking I could cancel the order then rebook...no. Kitsch wants me to send back the items of which I agreed. Kitsch does not send a return label. When I asked about the return label, they said "we will get back to you". Like who needs 3 hair catchers?? #2 Trying to be optimistic, used the shampoo/conditioner bars. Found it very difficult to thoroughly rinse out the product. It's also very messy, even with the bags. # Brush very disappointing. The quality of the product is so cheap it's ridiculous for the price. It is made in two pieces and will not hold up for more than a week if you have medium thickness or more. I was expecting a solid brush..not hollow.

Products frozen
I love the bar shampoo and ordered some more products to try. I wasn't home when the package arrived so it sat on my front porch in the snow in 15 degree temperature for several days. When I brought them in they were rock solid frozen so I let them thaw. I called customer service to ask if the products would still function as they are formulated due to the exposure to such cold for so long. Without any question the company sent me full replacement for the 5 products that got frozen. I love everything about this company and their products

Terrible customer service
After reading other people’s reviews it seems to be the norm that people like the product but their custom service is terrible. I got an email saying “delivered” & it was not delivered. And said “sometimes the site says delivered but isn’t deliver (makes NO sense) I checked in my mail box & it was in there. I live in Alberta & my hair oil was frozen solid. I’d also like to know how DHL, a courier company gets into our mail boxes?!
