Poor customer service and delivery
Ordered a product nearly a month ago, noticed the address didn't have my house number on it, the product then got returned to the company and I have been chasing to see when it will be re-delivered for two weeks but have heard nothing. Very poor customer service and no answers to emails, have no idea what the product is like as I have never received it but have paid.

Disgraceful Customer Service
Disgraceful Customer Service I ordered and paid for an Induction Hob Cover on 2nd August 2026! After three unsuccessful attempts to have it delivered, I have never received it! I cancelled the order and requested a refund. As of today 25th August 2026, I have still not received a refund! Despite sending several emails, I have not received any confirmation that any refund is being processed. Poor communication-,with absolutely no Customer Service! I have tried contacting the company again today but my emails have been blocked! Order number 96000005730

No Delivery and No Response to Emails
I ordered two custom-made hob covers from KitchenYeah. Although they were dispatched, the parcel was incorrectly addressed and consequently returned to the sender. Since then, I have emailed the company several times asking for help but have received no response whatsoever. There is no telephone number or live-chat facility, so email is the only way to contact them—and unfortunately, they simply do not reply. I am extremely disappointed by the complete lack of customer service and communication. I have been left with no hob covers, no resolution and no alternative but to open a PayPal dispute to try to recover my money. An extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. Order no: 96000005921 ********************************************** Further to your response below - I have already emailed you at this address 3 times and you have not replied to any of them so emailing again is pointless, hence my negative review. My order number is included in this review! My ticket number from emailing is 10201233 (I only received an automated ticket number from one email not the other two). This reply is obviously a bot as you have not read the issues in my review at all!! ***********************************************
